20026390 | Xia Q, Xu D, Huang Z, Liu J, Wang X, Wang X, Liu S: Preparation of icariside II from icariin by enzymatic hydrolysis method. Fitoterapia. 2009 Dec 22. Icariin was obtained successively with 90% extraction, isolation on macroporous resin and purification on silica gel chromatography. Enzymatic hydrolysis experiment showed that icariin could be transformed into icariside II with the action of beta-glucosidase and the optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: 50 degrees C, 0.2M disodium and buffer system (pH6.0), the ratio of icariin/enzyme is 1:1 and reaction time 5h. |

18982487 | Bae EA, Kim DH, Han MJ: Effect ofLentinus edodes on the growth of intestinal lactic acid bacteria. Arch Pharm Res. 1997 Oct;20(5):443-7. As the growth factor of lactic acid bacteria, LD was isolated fromLentinus edodes by using silica gel column chromatography. When total intestinal microflora were cultured in the medium containing LD, it stimulated the growth of lactic acid bacteria and inhibited harmful enzymes, beta-glucosidase, beta-glucuronidase, and tryptophanase, of intestinal bacteria. |
