Brief Introduction

Protein-RNA interactions play a vital role in various fundamental cellular processes, from transcription and post-transcriptional processing of pre-mRNA to mRNA stability, localization and translation. the web-server RNAProSite uses several sequence-derived and structure-derived features to predict the likely RNA-binding protein residue.

To use RNAProSite, you have two kinds of inputting choice. one is to input the pdbId of a protein and chainId such as 1A34A(where 1A34 denotes a pdb code and A denotes a chain ID of 1A34), then you need to input a valid email to access the prediction result. The other inputting choice is to upload your protein structural file and the protein chain ID, then a valid email address is needed.
