The chromatographic performance of the cation-exchange monolith was evaluated through separating a mixture of five proteins such as lysozyme, cytochrome c, ribonuclease A, trypsin and bovine serum albumin and one-step purification of lysozyme from egg whites, and the expected results were obtained. |
