Proc Natl Acad Sci U S A. 2004 Jul 20;101(29):10535-40. Epub 2004 Jul 12. These include N-responsive genes such as NiR, GS1, rbcL, rbcS, and G6PD; chaperone genes such as hsp70 and BiP; defense genes such as chitinase and osmotin; a cytokinin-responsive gene CKR; and gibberellic acid 20 oxidase. |

19090187 | Badri M, Zamani MR, Motallebi M: Effect of plant growth regulators on in vitro biological control of Fusarium oxysporum by Trichoderma harzianum (T8). Pak J Biol Sci. 2007 Sep 1;10(17):2850-5. In this study the effect of two plant growth regulators (indolacetic acid, IAA and gibberellic acid, and also Trichoderma harzianum (T8) on the phytopathogen fungus Fusarium oxysporium (F15) was investigated. A strong increasing effect on chitinase activity (60%) by T. harzianum (T8) was observed in the presence of phytopathogenic fungus F. oxysporum, but 40 ppm IAA and/or decreased about 47% of chitinase activity of T. harzianum. |
