Additionally, pharmacological inhibitors of mitochondrial complexes I, III, IV, i.e., rotenone (1 microM), myxothiazol (1 microM), antimycin A (1 microg/ml), and (1 mM), blocked HIF-2alpha induction in control MAH cells. |
