We also demonstrated no role for mitochondrial-derived radicals/respiratory chain in the lytic pathway using specific inhibitors/uncouplers (rotenone, KCN, carboxin, fluoroacetate, antimycin, carbonyl p-trifluoromethoxyphenylhydrazone) and chloramphenicol-derived respiration-deficient cells. |
